Terms of service
By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you start building.
1. The service
logsapi provides an API for buying social media logs. Developers use it to fund an account, place orders, and receive delivery data to power their own products.
2. Accounts and API keys
You must be at least 18 to open an account. Sign-in is done through GitHub or Google, and we never see your provider password.
API keys are credentials. Keep them secret, and keep them out of source control. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your keys. Revoke a key the moment you suspect it leaked.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send spam, scrape beyond your orders, or harass anyone.
- Attempt to access another user’s keys, account, or data.
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or security controls.
- Use the API for anything illegal under Nigerian law or the law where you operate.
You may resell the logs through your own products. The logs are yours to use and redistribute as part of what you build on top of the API.
4. Funding and virtual accounts
Each account is assigned a virtual NGN account for funding. Money you transfer is credited to your balance after the payment gateway confirms the transaction. Balances are not interest-bearing and are not bank deposits. We are not a bank.
5. Orders and delivery
Orders are placed by API or dashboard and priced per product and quantity. We aim to deliver within the times shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Refunds
If an order fails and the logs cannot be delivered, the amount is refunded to your balance. Refunds are not issued once delivery data has been received. Chargebacks are not available on funded balances; contact support first and we will sort it out.
7. Availability
We work to keep the API up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows are announced on the status page when we can plan them. You are responsible for building your integration to handle retries and downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, logsapi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and we may refuse service where required by law. On termination, unused balance is refunded to your registered payment method where possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced at least 30 days in advance on our changelog and by email. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
